Five ways in which I think I have human capital that is truly unique include:
- Cooperative: I work quite well with my fellow peers and can accomplish a lot of things in a group setting.
- Polite: I treat others with uttermost kindness and respect in order to avoid any potential tension/issues.
- Determined: I am generally focused on accomplishing the task at hand and do not accept quitting as an option.
- Positive: I try to consistently maintain a positive mindset and outlook on life in order for my positive energy to rub off on others.
- Energetic: I am seemingly always full of life and energy and I attempt to make the most out of every single opportunity presented to me.
Interviews
Summary: JP discusses the committed and hard working traits that I possess. He also talks about how I am a well rounded individual, a supportive friend, and a person who always grinds/works hard in life.
Summary: Touches upon the facts that I am incredibly positive and a hard working individual. Talks about my high level of dedication and involvement in clubs. Ceasar also mentioned that I am quite social and helpful with other people, as well.
Summary: Michael talks about how dependable and reliable that I am as a friend. He also claims that I am highly generous, helpful, and that I possess a kind personality, too.
Summary: Noah discusses that I am quite dedicated and involved. He also went on to mention that I am detail oriented, completing my tasks in a timely manner and to perfection.
Summary: John discussed that I am a proactive person who accomplishes tasks well in advance. He also talked about how involved, dedicated, and passionate I am as an individual, as well.
Reflection: the manner in which I personally see myself is highly similar to the manner in which others see me, quite frankly. With that being said, I truly do not believe that there are my differences in how I assess myself compared to others, as well. However, John did mention that I was an incredibly proactive individual which is probably the only difference that I can pinpoint. I do not perceive myself as a proactive person since I have an occasional tendency to procrastinate, but I admire the fact that John did notice that I do have the ability to act in a proactive manner at times. I do think that my interviewees are correct about me mainly due to the fact that they have known me for a long period of time. Ultimately, going back to my list from part 1, I would not make any corrections to the list primarily because the list proved to be highly accurate and portrayed me in a precise manner.
Hi Samuel! I think that your traits that you identified are very valuable. Many people overlook the power of positivity and cooperation in a group, but I believe these are very valuable. Knowing how to work well with others will set you apart when compared to others who do not possess these skills. Also, I was impressed by the similarity in your assessment of your strengths compared to others' assessment. Going forward, you know that your strengths are recognized by other people.

I believe these traits that you have are very valuable to be successful and resilient in the business world. Overall, great job

ReplyDeleteYou did an excellent job of pointing out positive traits about yourself that are not only useful and wonderful in everyday life but also that of entrepreneurship. It is also good that you identify the same positive traits about yourself that others around you see. It means that you are not presenting a facade around others. Good job!
Hey Samuel, I really enjoyed reading your discussion blog post in regard to your 5 different interviews about your personal human capital. It's good to know that your interviewers say such good things about you. I admire how you strive to always reach your goals and how hard working that you are.
